Christmas Closure Dates

Physical lab closure:
The lab will be closed from Thursday 24th of December through to Sunday 4th of January (inclusive). During this time, staff will not be on site and we cannot receive samples.

Soil health samples:
Due to our partner laboratories closing from the 12th of December, samples received from the 27th of November onward will not be sequenced until early January. Samples will be processed and analysed in order of arrival. Results from samples held over the break are expected approximately 1–2 weeks after the 6th of January.

Pathogen isolation samples:
Pathogen isolation submissions will close on the 10th of December, two weeks prior to lab closure. Samples received before this date will be dispatched as per usual, however results will likely be delivered after staff return, from the 5th of January 2026 onward.

Thank you in advance for your understanding, and please submit time-sensitive samples as early as possible to avoid delays.
